During the COVID-19 restrictions, Jan chaired SC40 meetings and attended JTC 1 Plenaries and Smart Manufacturing coordinating committee meetings.

Topics of interest include governance of data, enabling smart manufacturing, new service management opportunities, AI and IoT.
